About Sturgeon
Sturgeon is the AI back office for restaurants. It connects the tools a restaurant already runs, keeps an AI consultant on top of the live data, and does the admin that would otherwise keep an operator off the floor.

Sturgeon unifies your POS, labor, purchasing, reviews, and guest data on one dedicated, isolated platform, and turns the live data into decisions it can act on.
On top of that sits Stu, an AI consultant. Ask him who should close Friday, what to 86, or which vendor is creeping on price, and he answers from your own sales, schedules, and invoices. Then he does the work: the purchase order, the schedule fix, the review reply, drafted and waiting for your approval.

Every restaurant runs on its own dedicated, isolated instance. Your sales, payroll, guest lists, and reviews are never pooled with other businesses, never used to train shared models, and never sold.
Nothing leaves without your approval
Review replies, win-back campaigns, and purchase orders are drafted for you and wait for one-tap approval. You stay in control of everything that reaches a guest or a vendor.
It works on what you already run
Sturgeon reads from the systems you have, such as Toast, Square, Clover, 7shifts, MarginEdge, and OpenTable, and connects with OAuth and API keys. There is no data-migration project to survive.

Each restaurant is on a dedicated instance with flat monthly pricing. There are no per-token, per-query, or per-seat fees, however much you ask.
