Who can see my guest data?
Only your restaurant. Each restaurant runs on a dedicated, isolated instance, and guest data is never sold or shared with other Sturgeon customers.
Will the AI contact guests or vendors without me?
Only if you want it to. Anything that reaches a guest or a vendor, like a review reply, a campaign, or a purchase order, waits for your approval by default.
