A kitchen display system that keeps time

Sturgeon's kitchen screen shows one card per dish in three lanes (sent, fired, and ready). Dine-in, takeout, and the POS share the board. Allergens are impossible to miss, and a card's edge turns amber at ten minutes and red at twenty.

How it works

One card per dish, not per order

Each card is one dish line, with its seat, its course, and the notes that matter, like sauce on the side or medium rare. The line sees exactly what it has to cook.

Three lanes: sent, fired, ready

Cards move from sent to fired to ready to served in one tap each, oldest first, so the pass can see at a glance what's waiting and what's up.

Every channel on one board

Dine-in tickets from the POS, takeout, and the delivery apps share the screen, with to-go and in-flight counts across the top. Tickets can still be printed when you want paper.

Allergens and time you can't miss

Allergens such as celiac and gluten-free are flagged on the card itself. A card's edge turns amber at ten minutes and red at twenty, so a slow ticket is seen before the guest asks.

Questions

Does the kitchen screen work with Toast, Square, and Clover?

Yes. Dine-in tickets come from Toast, Square, or Clover, and online orders from the delivery apps land on the same board.

How does the kitchen screen show ticket times?

Every card shows its age, and its edge turns amber at ten minutes and red at twenty, so slow tickets stand out.

Which plan includes the kitchen screen?

The Full stack plan, which includes the kitchen screen and online orders.
